The museum’s Sales rep sells the Joanneum-Card to large corporations in order to reach a large group of potential clients. Employees can purchase the card through their employer for a special deal which significantly increases the conversion rate.
The Customer Loyalty department prepared content for Sales to support the communication with the company clients, as well as content for those companies to communicate the deal to their employees online and offline. This content was created in order to ensure proper use of the term “Joanneumskarte” and product description throughout the entire sales process.
In the near future, employees can purchase the Joanneum-Card online via a specific URL assigned to the company deal. All form submissions are being associated in our CRM with the proper sales campaign to easily measure campaign success.
