All new Joanneum-Card holders receive a welcome package with their new membership card and the current monthly program in print.
The package includes the Joanneum-Card, the monthly program, an overview of all museum sites and partner museums, as well as a personalized welcome letter. The letter indicates whether the new Joanneum-Card holder is a new or returning customer, if they won the Joanneum-Card, or if they converted from a Sales deal.
This letter was introduced in 5/2014, prior to that new clients only received a manual email confirming their purchase of the Joanneum-Card.
